ABAD ENTERPRISES, LLC TERMS & CONDITIONSThese Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the subscription service provided by Abad Enterprises, LLC ("Abad Enterprises") for hosting your digital card, accessible through www.abadcreates.com/#subscribe. By subscribing to our monthly subscription service, you ("Subscriber") agree to these Terms & Conditions, which protect the interests of Abad Enterprises, LLC.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Abad Enterprises will provide the following services ("Services") starting from the date of subscription:PAYMENT. Subscriber shall make regular monthly payments of $15.00 ("Subscription Fee") to Abad Enterprises for the Services. The Subscription Fee is due every thirty days from the date of subscription until termination of this Agreement. Subscriber authorizes Abad Enterprises to process automatic payments for the Subscription Fee. Subscriber is responsible for all costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorney fees. Failure to pay for the Services on time may result in the termination of the subscription without notice and may lead to legal action.TERM. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to termination. An email notice from one party will be considered sufficient.CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE AND ASSIGNMENT. Abad Enterprises reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Such revisions will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated. For existing Subscribers, the revised terms will be effective 30 days after posting, unless otherwise specified. Abad Enterprises may assign this Agreement to an affiliated company or any entity that succeeds to its business or assets related to the Services.WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP. Upon Subscriber's payment of all applicable fees and compliance with the Terms & Conditions, all data, information, writings, and materials generated by Abad Enterprises as a result of providing the Services ("Works") will be considered "works made for hire." Subscriber will own all rights, title, and interest in these Works. However, Subscriber acknowledges that the Works may contain materials, methods, processes, techniques, formulas, trade secrets, research, and other elements developed by Abad Enterprises, for which no rights or interest are transferred to Subscriber.DEFAULT. The following events shall be considered material defaults under this Agreement: failure to make a required payment, insolvency or bankruptcy of either party, property subjected to levy or seizure, or failure to deliver the Services as specified in the Agreement.REMEDIES. In case of a material default by either party, the other party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice to the defaulting party. The defaulting party will have 14 days from the effective date of the notice to cure the default. Failure to cure the default within the specified period will result in automatic termination of the Agreement.FORCE MAJEURE. Abad Enterprises shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, pandemic, fire, explosion, vandalism, governmental orders, strikes, supplier failures, and similar occurrences. Abad Enterprises will promptly notify Subscriber in writing of any Force Majeure event that affects the performance of its obligations.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abad Enterprises shall not be liable to Subscriber for any incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages incurred by Subscriber. This includes damages for lost business, lost profits, costs of delay, damages to business reputation, or loss or destruction of data. Subscriber acknowledges that Abad Enterprises may engage third-party service providers, and Abad Enterprises shall not be held responsible for any services provided by such providers.THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. Abad Enterprises makes no representation or warranty regarding services provided by third-party service providers.

Can I get my files.Yes, Please note that a fee of $55.00 USD will apply for the email delivery of your HTML files, but only if the initial 7-day period has not expired.

Do I need a website to use a customized digital card?No, it is not! Our Card one page digital card serves as your personal mini-website, allowing you to share, sell, and expand your presence effortlessly, without the need to invest time and effort in building and maintaining a traditional website. We can create a design that perfectly represents your personality and brand, while handling all the necessary aspects for you. If you already have a website, that's fantastic – we can incorporate it into your digital card.

Am I able to make changes to my digital card on my own?Unfortunately, direct access for making changes to our digital cards is not provided due to the centralized server setup, which ensures the security and integrity of the cards. However, we are readily available to assist you with any necessary changes. Typically, digital cards require adjustments about 1 or 2 times a year on average. Please note that there is a charge of $25.00 for changes due to the coding involved. During the initial setup, we offer a one-month grace period where we make changes for you at no additional cost.

Can we add a mores specific domain name to my digital card?Absolutely! Throughout our procedure, you have the option to acquire a domain via Godaddy.com, and we can subsequently implement it. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can retain the current carrd domain name. At any point, we can easily integrate your chosen domain name into our system.
